Our SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) service produces durable nylon parts from PA12, PA11, and glass-filled nylon. With tolerances of ±0.2%~0.3%/mm (min ±0.1mm) and excellent mechanical properties, SLS is ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts in demanding applications. Benefit from our 1000+ industrial 3D printers and fast turnaround starting from 1 day.

We offer different nylon grades depending on application: PA12 for balanced properties, PA11 for increased ductility, and glass-filled nylon for higher stiffness. Post-processing options include dyeing, bead blasting, and sealing.
Our materials are selected for performance in functional parts. PA12 provides good dimensional stability; PA11 offers superior flexibility and impact resistance; glass-filled nylon increases strength and heat resistance. The sintering process creates strong, slightly porous parts ideal for snap-fits and living hinges.
Common in automotive (ducts, brackets), medical (surgical guides), robotics (housings, gears), and consumer electronics (enclosures). Suitable for low-to-mid volume production and functional prototyping.
DFM consultation, custom color matching, and secondary operations like CNC machining or chemical smoothing are available.
PA11 is more ductile and impact-resistant, while PA12 offers slightly better moisture resistance and dimensional stability.
Yes, SLS nylon is often used for end-use parts due to its durability.
Typically 0.5mm, but we advise DFM for your specific design.
±0.2%~0.3%/mm, with a minimum of ±0.1mm.
